Si prega di rispettare gli orari di silenzio: dalle 22:00 alle 07:30 e dalle 14:00 alle 16:00.
Fumo
È severamente vietato fumare all'interno dell'appartamento. Il fumo è tollerato esclusivamente sulla terrazza condominiale.
Feste ed eventi
Non sono ammesse feste, eventi o riunioni di gruppo.
Accessibilità
La struttura si trova al terzo e ultimo piano, raggiungibile esclusivamente tramite scale. Non è presente un ascensore.
Bici, e-bike e moto
Su richiesta è disponibile un garage coperto e custodito nello stesso stabile per il rimessaggio in sicurezza di bici, e-bike e motociclette.
Condizioni di prenotazione e cancellazione
Il pagamento dell'intero importo è richiesto al momento della prenotazione. Cancellazione gratuita fino a 7 giorni prima dell'arrivo: rimborso del 100%. Oltre tale termine, e in caso di mancato arrivo (no-show), non è previsto alcun rimborso.
Tassa di soggiorno
L'imposta del Comune di Ascoli Piceno è pari a 2,00 € a notte per persona, fino a un massimo di 5 notti consecutive. L'importo non è incluso nella tariffa del soggiorno e verrà riscosso al momento del check-in.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the shared terrace.
Parties and events
Parties, events or group gatherings are not allowed.
Accessibility
The property is located on the third and top floor, accessible only by stairs. There is no lift.
Bikes, e-bikes and motorcycles
On request, a covered and secure garage is available in the same building for the safe storage of bikes, e-bikes and motorcycles.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking. Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 100% refund. After that, and in the event of a no-show, no refund is provided.
Tourist tax
The tax set by the Municipality of Ascoli Piceno is €2.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. The amount is not included in the accommodation rate and will be collected at check-in.

Das Rauchen im Inneren der Wohnung ist streng verboten. Rauchen ist ausschließlich auf der gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse gestattet.
Partys und Veranstaltungen
Partys, Veranstaltungen oder Gruppentreffen sind nicht gestattet.
Barrierefreiheit
Die Unterkunft befindet sich im dritten und obersten Stock und ist nur über Treppen erreichbar. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden.
Fahrräder, E-Bikes und Motorräder
Auf Anfrage steht im selben Gebäude eine überdachte und gesicherte Garage für die sichere Unterbringung von Fahrrädern, E-Bikes und Motorrädern zur Verfügung.
Buchungs- und Stornobedingungen
Die Zahlung des Gesamtbetrags ist zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erforderlich. Kostenlose Stornierung bis 7 Tage vor Anreise: 100% Rückerstattung. Danach und bei Nichterscheinen (No-Show) erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
Kurtaxe
Die von der Gemeinde Ascoli Piceno festgelegte Steuer beträgt 2,00 € pro Person und Nacht, bis zu maximal 5 aufeinanderfolgenden Nächten. Der Betrag ist nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten und wird beim Check-in erhoben.
