Anyone travelling on two wheels knows it: you recognise the right place by whether it has proper storage. Here it does — covered, on request, motorbikes included — and around it there is a whole apartment on the Sacro Cuore hill, with the historic centre of Ascoli ten to fifteen minutes away on foot and the Sibillini Mountains half an hour by road.

Bikes, e-bikes and motorbikes under cover for the night, on request: off the street, out of your bedroom. You set off in the morning with a dry chain.

Breakfast at your hour
A fully equipped kitchen and self check-in and check-out: breakfast before sunrise if you want it, and away while the road is still cool.
E-bike rental and local guides
On request we arrange rental, maps, route advice and — if you like — a local guide for rides in town or on the trails.

The centre of Ascoli, the travertine alleys and the hidden corners: the perfect half-day loop, starting straight from the refuge.
Colle San Marco and the Hermitage
From the refuge up towards the chestnut woods of Colle San Marco, the Hermitage of San Marco set into the rock and the pools known as "de li Vurg": the climb to do at least once.
The Sibillini Mountains
In a few minutes you are at the foot of the national park: long climbs, descents that pay you back and some of the finest landscapes in the Apennines.
The GABA, the ring of villages
The Grande Anello dei Borghi Ascolani, for whole days among the villages of the Piceno — with a fixed base here and your luggage safe.

Is the bike storage indoors?
Yes: covered storage available on request. Bikes, e-bikes and motorbikes spend the night under cover, not on the street.
Do you rent e-bikes directly?
We arrange it with local partners: send us dates and sizes on WhatsApp and everything is ready when you arrive.
Can I wash my cycling kit?
Yes: washing machine included in the apartment, with an iron.
Does it work for motorbike travellers?
Yes: the covered storage on request takes motorbikes too, and the area sits outside the restricted traffic zone, so you come and go freely.
Can I have breakfast before sunrise?
Yes: the kitchen is fully equipped and yours alone, and check-in and check-out are self-service.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We are Giovanni and Daniela, we live nearby, and we answer in English, German and Italian.
