There is a hill above Ascoli from which the travertine city seems to rest among the mountains. Here, where walkers and cyclists pass by, we have opened our home to those who walk, ride and take their time.

The elevated position is our little luxury. A 10-15 minute walk takes you into the heart of Ascoli, among the travertine squares, with Piazza del Popolo and the Roman bridge practically below the house. On the way back, a gentle climb leaves the bustle behind and rewards you with the quiet and the view that make this place special. Between nature and the historic centre, without having to choose.
The crown jewel is the large shared terrace: from here your gaze runs across the rooftops of the old town, the perfect spot for a sunset aperitivo or an open-air breakfast while the city changes colour. Inside, simple, well-kept spaces designed for real rest — ideal for a couple or a small family, with a cot or toddler bed available on request.

We welcome you in person at check-in; if you prefer more independence, self check-in is available.
